Singapore interested in cooperation with Belarus in agriculture, industry, IT

Singapore is interested in cooperation with Belarus in agriculture, industry and IT, Belarus Radio says referring to the Belarus Economy Ministry press service report issued following the meeting between the Belarus Deputy Economy Minister Alexander Yaroshenko and the Singapore Minister of State for Trade and Industry Koh Poh Koon.
As to the report, the parties discussed the development of economic and investment cooperation between the countries, both in bilateral format and in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Reportedly, within the meeting, Mr. Koh Poh Koon noted the importance of an agreement on free trade zone that may be signed between the Eurasian Economic Union and Singapore. The agreement will give a signal to Singapore companies to invest into the Belarusian economy.
