Third day of Ukrainian President’s visit to United States

28.09.2015 16:28 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the Ukrainian delegation continue their visit to the USA within the participation in the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports. As to the report, today the President will take part in the opening of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly scheduled for 9:00 am (4:00 pm in Kyiv). Live broadcast is available on the official website of the United Nations. After that, Petro Poroshenko will have an interview with the American TV channel «Fox». Reportedly, a series of bilateral meetings is scheduled for today as well: with Prime Minister of Denmark L. Rasmussen, President of Austria H. Fischer, Prime Minister of Japan S. Abe etc. As to the report, the President will take part in the official lunch on behalf of Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon. Reportedly, the President will also have the first official bilateral meeting with President of Poland Andrzej Duda. Following the meeting, the Presidents will have a joint press availability. As to the report, the Head of State will take part in the UN Peacekeeping Summit. Live broadcast is available here. Reportedly, at the end of the day, the Head of State will take part in the formal reception on behalf of the President of the United States Barack Obama.
