Moldova shows interest in new investment projects with Belarus

While speaking within the meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Moldova Sergei Chichuk, the Moldova’s Vice Premier, Economy Minister Stephane Bride said Moldova is interested in the proposals of Belarusian economic operators on new investment projects in waste management, renewable energy sources and biomass development, construction and other sectors in the country, Belarus Radio reports referring to BelTA.
As to Stephane Bride, the trade and economic relations between Moldova and Belarus are an example of strategic partnership between the two countries aimed at the implementation of projects mutually beneficial for both sides.
In his words, the agreement between the Economy Ministry of Moldova and the Industry Ministry of Belarus to implement a joint project on the renewal of the Chisinau bus fleet can be cited as a good example.
As to the report, in turn Sergei Chichuk said that the trade and economic cooperation between Moldova that chose integration into the European Union and Belarus oriented on strengthening relations in the Customs Union is an example for partners to build mutually beneficial relations.
