Zimbabwe to buy US$150 million worth of Belarusian equipment

While visiting the Minsk (Belarus) Tractor Works MTZ, the Zimbabwe Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa said Zimbabwe plans to buy US$150 million worth of Belarusian equipment, Zimbabwe Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa said as he visited Minsk Tractor Works MTZ, Belarus Radio reports referring to

«We have signed a memorandum of relations which will serve as a framework document defining the areas of cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe. The document also defines a mechanism for financing the purchases of Belarusian equipment, which include both the supplies of tractors and dump trucks and equipment for the mining industry,» Mnangagwa stated.
it is to be admitted, the memorandum of relations outlines such areas of cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe as agriculture, construction of irrigation systems, supply of road-building and mining equipment.
