Ukrainian President had a phone conversation in Normandy format

As of the last week, the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko had a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, and Russian President Vladimir Putin, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports.
As to the report, Poroshenko expressed his concern over ongoing escalation of military activity in Donbas and called for full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
As to Poroshenko, Ukraine, unlike the other party, fulfils its obligations under the Minsk agreements.
Reportedly, the Ukrainian President
stressed the need for the unconditional and immediate release of all hostages, including citizens of Ukraine who are illegally kept in Russia, and in particular Oleh Sentsov and Nadia Savchenko.
As to the report, the German Chancellor and the French President emphasized the importance of adoption of the decentralisation amendments to the Constitution by the Ukrainian Parliament.
Reportedly, Petro Poroshenko, Angela Merkel, Francois Hollande, and Vladimir Putin agreed to continue the dialogue next week.
