Agrarians have sown barley at 52,000 ha

As of Mar 28, agricultural companies have sown barley at 52,000 ha (of total planned 4,497.900 ha), reported Ministry of Agrarian Policy press-service.
As to report, presently barley is being sown in Zaporizhia region, Myckolayiv region, Odessa region and in AR of the Crimea.
As to Ministry of Agrarian Policy, as of this year Mar 28, agrarians have sown early grains/leguminous at 65,200 ha (down against 185,800 ha as of last year Mar 28).
As earlier reported, Oleksandr Baranivskiy, Minister of Agrarian Policy, considers agricultural companies are completely ready for springtime field works complex; Minister made it known spring sowing begin is delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Winter grains are forecasted to be resown at 739,200 ha (12% total sown areas).
