13.08.2014 10:21 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
As to Government Portal, the preparation to an International Donors’ and Investors’ Conference, the Economic Recovery and Growth Agenda for 20142016 developing by the Government so as to overcome the challenges Ukraine faces and other issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU were discussed at todays meeting by Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman, Deputy Director General of the European Trade Commission Peter Balazs and Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski.
Volodymyr Hroisman informed that the Government had set up a preparatory committee, which began to develop the technical parameters of this event. He expressed hope that in the near future the EU will also set up a corresponding preparatory committee, which will join the collaboration.
He also stressed the importance of an early start of the EU mission’s work, aimed at studying the issue of damages and losses caused by terrorists in eastern Ukraine as well as the urgent needs of internally displaced persons within the country.
Besides, Volodymyr Hroisman said that the Government schedules a batch appointment of deputy ministers of European integration at one of the nearest meetings.
