Ukraine has received a roadmap on resolving the situation in the country, which had been worked out by the Swiss chairmanship of the OSCE, NRCU reports referring to the director of the information policy department of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Yevhen Perebyinis.
«We have received a roadmap from the Swiss chairmanship and we can already say that it takes into account most of the elements that have been proposed to the Swiss chairmanship by the Ukrainian side,» Perebyinis said.
He also said Ukraines government was scrutinizing the document and would come up with its suggestions after that. «It is a more detailed roadmap, but it incorporates the principal points that have been proposed by the Ukrainian side. Since it is a more detailed version, it needs some study,» Perebyinis said.
Earlier on Thursday, Perebyinis told Ukraine had propounded its own roadmap. «We take the position that unrestricted and immediate fulfillment of three key conditions is crucial for putting an end to the situation caused by the Russian aggression against Ukraine de-escalation of the conflict, a pan-Ukrainian national dialogue, and the presidential election on May 25,» he said.
