Mykola Azarov due to participate in Ukrainian-Kazakh business forum in Astana

Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Kazakhstan Mykola Azarov and Serik Akhmetov agreed to hold a joint business forum in Astana. This was announced by the head of Ukrainian Government during a combined press conference on Thursday, Government Portal reports.
«The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan has invited our businessmen and me, as the Prime Minister, to participate in the activity of a joint business forum in Astana. I accepted this invitation with pleasure and commissioned to gear up such a forum,» he told.
Mykola Azarov added that the parties agreed to deepen cooperation in oil and gas area. According to him, Ukraine will support Kazakhstan also with regards to the plans to diversify routes of transportation of energy carriers.
The parties also considered participation of Ukrainian enterprises in realization of a program of industrial development of Kazakhstan.
«Ukraine and Kazakhstan are the countries with enormous potential of development and our integration plans will speed up and expand our cooperation plans,» the Premier emphasized.
In his turn, Serik Akhmetov stressed that Ukraine and Kazakhstan possessed significant potential for the development of trade and economic relations. «We have a possibility to further deepen our trade and economic ties,» he said.
