Locus Traxx Worldwide, specialist in real-time temperature and location monitoring technology has appointed Jan-Willem Schrijver as new Managing Director for the EMEA Branch in Transinne, Belgium
Transinne, Belgium — March 3rd , 2015 — Jan-Willem Schrijver joins the growing team as Managing Director to strengthen Locus Traxx’s position in the Europe, Middle East & Africa Market.
In a sector where technologies move fast, keeping up with industry trends is crucial. Last year, Locus Traxx introduced the palm-sized and disposable GO which monitors products by tracking the location and temperature of delivery trucks or containers.

Schrijver will be responsible for growing revenue across key markets as Locus Traxx continues its ambition to build a solid customer database throughout Europe. With his passion along with 25 years of experience in the Foodservice, Logistic and Fresh produce industry, Jan-Willem was the ideal candidate.
Mr. Schrijver was born in Amsterdam, Holland. He spent ten years in sales management for Royal Ahold’s subsidiary Deli XL, later part of the Bidvest group, one of the leading food service companies. He then pursued his career as a Commercial Director in Warehousing and Foodservice Logistics. In 2010, he became the Food Service Manager for Vroegop Windig, an important player in the fresh produce sector. With such diversified experience, Mr. Schrijver will ensure Locus Traxx to be of service to customers in a variety of sectors.
