AGCO Announces Closing of its Exchange Offer for its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021

AGCO, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today the closing of its offer to exchange $300 million of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021, that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 (the «Exchange Notes»), for $300 million of its outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2021, that were issued on December 5, 2011, in a private offering (the «Outstanding Notes»).
The exchange offer expired at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on May 2, 2012 with $279,890,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, representing 93% of the Outstanding Notes, having been validly tendered in exchange for an equal amount of Exchange Notes.
